Yogeshbhai "Yogi" Patel, age 71 of Shelby, NC, passed away Friday, July 31, 2026, at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Charlotte, NC.
Born December 23, 1954 in India, Yogi was the son of the late Manibhai and Kashiben Patel and was preceded in death by his four brothers.
He is survived by his loving wife, Kumudben Patel of the home, his children, Jaymin Patel and wife Ankitha, and Anisha Patel and husband Ghanshyam, five grandchildren, and a sister.
A memorial service will be held 12:30 pm Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at Cleveland Funeral Services in Shelby.
