Tony Cabaniss

Rev. Tony Cabaniss, 54, a native of Cleveland County, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013, at Hospice House, Kings Mountain. He was a Baptist Minister, and a graduate of Crest High School, Liberty University, Southeastern Theological Seminary, and attended Gardner-Webb University. Rev. Cabaniss was a member of Dover Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Malcolm and Beatrice Cabaniss, and Joe and Ethel Camp.

He is survived by his parents, M. D. "Mousey" and Joann Camp Cabaniss of Cherryville; sisters and brothers-in-law Kim Fitts and Jim of Gainesville, Ga., and Jan and Dr. Dean Jenks of Shelby; niece Mary Fitts of Gainesville, Ga.; nephew Dr. Russ Fitts of Charlotte; and nieces Jana Jenks and Jessalyn Jenks of Shelby.
