Sara Dorsey

Mrs. Dorsey, 82, of 205 E. Main St., Lawndale, NC passed away Thursday, 10-09-2008 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Carr Edward Cline & Blanche Jane Cloniger Cline and was preceeded in death by her husband Edward Eugene Dorsey, a son Randy Dorsey, a granddaughter Mary Beth Dorsey, a sister Ann Wilson and brothers; Carr Cline & Henry Cline. Mrs. Dorsey was retired from Jefferson School Cafeteria and a member of Ascension Lutheran Church.
Mrs. Dorsey is survived by sons Eddie Dorsey & wife Nancy of Bostic, NC, Henry Dorsey and wife Becky of Shelby, NC, Spencer Dorsey and special friend Crickett Gantt of Lawndale, NC, a daughter & her husband Margie Ann McCabe & Roger of Circleville, OH, grandsons Troy Dorsey & Roman Dorsey, Robert Buchanan, Timothy Buchanan & Daniel Buchanan, Dennis Dorsey, Cody Dorsey & Randy Dorsey. Mrs. Dorsey is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, 6 step great great grandchildren & 3 step great great grandchildren.
Services will be conducted by Rev. Troy Dorsey. Memorials may be made to Cleveland Memorial Library, Spangler Branch 112 Piedmont Dr. Lawndale, NC 28090.
