Ronnie Clayton English

  Mr. Ronnie English, age 65, passed away on September 22, 2024, at Atrium Health Cleveland.

 He is survived by his aunt, Shelley Greene (Billy) of Grover, NC, and an uncle, Lewis Young (Ann) of Shelby, NC, and a brother, Michael English of Shelby, NC.

 Born in Avery County, North Carolina on May 8th, 1959, Mr. Ronnie English was the son of the late Billy English and Sudie Young English. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Clayton and Irene Young.

 Mr. Ronnie English worked several high-end restaurants as a chef in several different states, but one of his favorite restaurants that he worked at was on Mackinaw Island, Michigan. He was a kind, simple man, and would help others in need. He was a loving son, brother, nephew, and friend. He will be missed by those that knew him.

 A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at 4:00 PM at Patterson Springs Baptist Church, 2107 Cleveland Ave, Grover, NC 28073 conducted by Rev. Steve Waters.
