Mr. Ralph Charles Tietjen, 73, passed away September 9, 2023 at Wendover Hospice. A native of Philadelphia County, PA. He was born on October 12, 1949, son of the late Ralph Noel and Elizabeth Rhodes Tietjen.
Mr. Tietjen is survived by a lifelong friend, Samuella Allen of Shelby.
No formal services will be done as per the request of the deceased.
