Patricia Gold

Mrs. Patricia Hollar Gold, 76, of Grover, NC, passed away at Cleveland Regional

Medical Center on Saturday, December 22, 2012.  A native of Catawba County, NC,

she was the daughter of the late Donald Lafayette Hollar & Georgia Ruth Hawn Hollar.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bill Gold.



Mrs. Gold had worked as an assembly worker in the furniture industry.  She was a

member of New Buffalo Baptist Church where she had served as a Sunday School

Teacher.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, taking trips and had

a love for dogs.



She is survived by a son, Scott Mayes & wife, Mary of Shelby, a daughter, Sherry Allred

& husband, Leonard of Lattimore; and three grandchildren, Robert Mayes & wife,

Megan of Huntersville, Casey Echols & husband, Lee of Kings Mountain and Kristy Mayes.



Visitation:      The family will receive friends at New Buffalo Baptist Church,

Wednesday 12:30 - 2:00 pm



Memorial Service: following visitation at New Buffalo Baptist Church, 2:00 pm
