Leonard Phillips

Mr. Phillips parents were the late E. M. Phillips & Ellie Walker Phillips. He was also preceeded in death by two sisters Mildred Phillips & Vasteen Tarlton. He was a textile worker and truck driver and served in th U. S. Army during WW II. Mr. Phillips was of the Baptist Faith.
He is survived by two sons; Jimmy Phillips of Lattimore, and Jerry Phillips of Charlotte, N.C.; also a sister and brother-in-law Aileen Beam & David of Shelby, a sister Maxine Ross of Kings Mountain, NC. Mr. Phillips has 2 grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren of Kings Mountain, NC & a number of nieces and nephews.
