Jv Lowe, Jr.

Mr. JV Lewis Lowe, Jr, age 70 of Shelby, NC, passed away Monday, January 30, 2023, at Atrium Health in Shelby.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Beth Ballard Lowe of the home, his children, Misty Klingmann (Christopher) of Cleveland, OH, Kimberly Little of Myrtle Beach, SC, Tommy Polson (Deana) of Cameron, TX, Michael Lowe (Sarah) of Pilot Point, TX, and Brandy Watkins (Michael) of Burrton, KS, fourteen grandchildren, two brothers, Johnny Lowe (Beth) of Huntersville, NC, and William Lowe (Kathy) of Sherrills Ford, NC, and numerous nieces and nephew.

Born April 22, 1952 in New Orleans, LA, JV was the son of the late JV Lewis Lowe, Sr. and Carrie Elizabeth (Jones) Lowe and was preceded in death by two brothers, James Lowe and Robert Lowe.

JV was a bright light in a dark world. A child at heart, he was full of fun and laughter. Everyone expected the unexpected when he came around. He impacted people's hearts with his tenderness and kindness. JV loved to work and provide for his family. Every job he ever had he did it as completely and correctly as he could from the gas station attendant, as a construction worker, operating heavy equipment, to the hardest job he had as an oil rig worker. He did everything to the best of his ability. He became a born-again Christian later in life and he was an even better man while witnessing across social media. He was loved and will forever be missed
