John Beam

Mr. Beam, 40, of 1107 W. Stagecoach Trail, Lawndale, NC passed away Tuesday at Carolina's Medical Center, Charlotte. Mr. Beam, was employed by Trust-N-Touch Auto Care as office manager, and a member of Carpenters Grove Baptist Church in Casar, NC, and graduated from Shelby High School in 1986 and from Gardner-Webb University in 1991.
Mr. Beam was preceeded in death by his father; Edwin Hugh Beam, grandmother Dorothy Nestlerode and a grandfather Elwood Beam.
Mr. Beam is survived by his mother Patricia Nestlerode Beam of Shelby, a sister and her husband Krista Beam Sheriff and Jeffrey Neal Sheriff of Gastonia, two nieces Amber Sheriff of Troy, NC, and Kelsey Sheriff of Gastonia, a Nephew Cameron Sheriff of Gastonia, a paternal grandmother Margaret R. Beam of Kings Mountain, a maternal grandfather and step-grandmother John & Marie Nestlerode of Cherryville, and a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
