Jay Hamrick

Mr. Hamrick's parents were the late Chambers S. Hamrick & Alice McCombs Hamrick. He was preceeded in death by a brother A. V. Hamrick and two sisters; Jeanette Davidson & Ozell Blanton.
Mr. Hamrick is survived by his wife Marthel Hamrick Hamrick of the home, a son and wife Tim & Vickie Hamrick of Shelby, a daughter and her husband Cindi & Tim Smith of Grover, a sister Bessie Mauney of Shelby, and three grandchildren; Billy Greene, Megan Hamrick & Chelsea Hamrick.
Mr. Hamrick was retired from Lutz-Yelton Oil Co. Petroleum World in 1982, went back and worked till 1984 and then sold Electrolux Vacuum Cleaners for a number of years. Mr. Hamrick was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church, Camp Call Masonic Lodge # 534, and a veteran of the U. S. Army during WWII.
