Jane Forner

A native of Gastonia, she had been employed by Cleveland Regional Medical Center where she was a nurses assistant. She was a member of Westview Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Curtis Benjamin Carlisle, Sr. & Gussie Lee Connor Carlisle.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond C. "Ray" Forner, son, Roger A. Forner & wife, Kathey; daughters, Regina Forner Roberts & husband Don, Rene Forner Collins & husband, Jason; grandsons, Joe Roberts, Evan Roberts, Will Collins & Brad Forner; brother, Larry "Bud" Carlisle and sisters-in-law, Minerva Carlisle & Evelyn Carlisle.
