Edward Patrick Marler

Edward Patrick Marler, born on July 25, 1955, in Pinellas County, Florida, passed away on October 5, 2025, in Arizona. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, leaving behind cherished memories for his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Edward was united in marriage to Nancy Beaulieu Marler, with whom he shared a deep and enduring bond. He was a proud father to his son Jeremy Marler and wife Kelly, who reside in Charlotte, North Carolina. Edward's legacy will continue through his four beloved grandchildren: Bailey, Eli, Joey, and Zach, who brought joy to his life and whose laughter filled his heart.

He is also survived by his brothers, Keith Britton and his wife, Tina, of Arizona, and Mike Marler and his wife, Sue, of Georgia. Their ties reflect a close-knit family that cherished their time together, sharing the good times and supporting one another through life's challenges.

Edward was predeceased by his father, Edgar Lee Marler; his mother, Muriel Holdsworth Marler; and his sons Jason and Jamie Marler. He also mourned the loss of his sisters, Carole Marler and Joann Lowery, whose memory continues to live on in the hearts of those who loved them.

The community is invited to honor Edward's life and legacy. A visitation will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at Cleveland Funeral Services & Crematory, located at 2518 W Dixon Blvd, Shelby, NC. The funeral service will commence at 2:00 PM, followed by a burial at Sunset Cemetery immediately after the service.

Edward Patrick Marler will be remembered not only for his unwavering love for his family but also for the impact he made in the lives of others. His warmth, kindness, and resilience will forever be etched in the hearts of those he touched.
