Edna Mauney

Mrs. Edna Mauney, 84, of Shelby, NC, died on September 21, 2008 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Daniel Black & Clara Sperling Black. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bill Mauney, duaghter, Betty London and a number of brothers and sisters. She retired from Dover & Ora Mill where she was a warper operator and was a member of Lattimore Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Joe Mauney & wife, Helen of Lattimore; daughter, Doris Lloyd of Lattimore; granddaughters, Angela Webb & husband, Butch of Shelby; Kathy Price and husband, Robert of Mooresboro; grandsons, Michael London & wife, Linda of Shelby; Steve Lloyd of Shelby; great grandchildren, Justin Webb & wife, Stephanie, Amber Price and Misty Price; great great granddaughter, Kimberly Jamison; step great grandchildren, Amanda Cain & Jeremiah Appleman; sister, Elizabeth Hubbard & Irene Ledford and brothers, John & Roy Black. She was also survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
