Charles Phillips

Mr. Phillips, 56, of Shelby, NC passed away Sunday, June 5, 2011 at Hospice at Wendover. A native of Cumberland County, NC, Mr. Phillips was retired from Shelby Paint & Glass Company. Mr. Phillips was preceded in death by his parents Charles Edward Phillips Sr. and Ruby Aileen Ballard McCombs Phillips. Mr. Phillips is survived by two brothers William R. Phillips and wife Carol of Shelby, and Kenneth A. Phillips of Kings Mountain, NC. Memorial services will be conducted by Kenneth A. Phillips.
