Billy Harris

Mr. Billy David Harris, 57, of Waco, NC, was a native of Cleveland County. He was the son of the late B. J. Harris and was also preceded in death by his
father-in-law, Warren Deal; sister, Joyce Putnam; brothers-in-law, Richard Harris, Sr. & Larry Barnes, Sr. and a sister-in-law, Debbie Harris.

Mr. Harris was a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church where he was part of the handy-man ministry. He worked as retail manager at Corral Western Store. He loved spending time with his family; camping and boating at Lake James; taking vacations, riding horses and carpentry.

He is survived by his mother, Katie Jolley Harris; wife of 34 years, Robin Deal, of the home; daughters, Shannon Harris Martin & husband, Brandon of McAdenville, Kelli Harris Huggins & husband, Heath of Morganton, Mary Ellen Harris Pike and husband Adam of Gastonia; grandchildren, Hannah Huggins and Grant Martin; brother, Jerry Harris & wife, Gayle of Casar; sisters, Barbara Cromer & husband, Billy and Peggy Barnes of Cliffside, brother-in-law, Bill Putnam of Cliffside; mother-in-law, Ramona Deal of Waco; and numerous nieces and nephews.
