Beulah "Boots" Ray Terry Osborne

Beulah "Boots" Ray Terry Osborne, a devoted and beloved member of her community, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2026, at Ignite Medical Resorts in Shelby, North Carolina. Born on December 28, 1927, in Shelby, North Carolina, Beulah's life was one marked by faith, family, and enduring commitment to those she loved.

Beulah will be remembered as a faithful member of the Shelby Missionary Methodist Church, where her steadfast devotion was a cornerstone of her life's work and spiritual nourishment. Her dedication to her faith and her church community carried her through many years and served as a testament to her strength and character.

She was preceded in death by her cherished husband, Everette Dwight Osborne; her daughter, Patsy Joyce Osborne; her sons, James Osborne and Fred Osborne; her daughter Carolyn Taylor; her four siblings; and her parents, Joseph James Benjamin Terry and Cora Lee Parker Terry. Each of these loved ones held a special place in Beulah’s heart and in the fabric of her life.

Left to honor her memory and celebrate her legacy are her sons Dwight Osborne and his wife Freida of Shelby, North Carolina, and Billy Osborne and his wife Vonda also of Shelby. Beulah’s family further extends to numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, each carrying forward the love and values she so deeply instilled.

Funeral services to pay tribute to Beulah’s remarkable life will be held on 11:00am Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Cleveland Funeral Services & Crematory, located at 2518 W Dixon Blvd, Shelby, North Carolina conducted by Rev. Scott Atkins. Those who knew Beulah and wish to honor her memory are invited to attend and share in remembering a life well-lived.

Beulah "Boots" Ray Terry Osborne lived a life enriched by faith, love, and family. Her legacy will continue through the generations of her loving family and the community she served with unwavering devotion. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all whose lives she touched.
