Betty Switzer

Mrs. Switzer, was a native of Shelby, and retired from Ascension Lutheran Church where she was the Church Secretary for 23 years. She was a member of Ascension Lutheran Church and also attended Hoey Memorial United Methodist Church. She was also a member and Past Matron of the Shelby Chapter #110 Order of Eastern Star and was a member and past Secretary/Treasure of the Shelby Ameteur Radio Club.
Mrs Switzer's parents were the late Clyde Hubert Trammel & Connie Lee Meacham Trammel. She is survived by her husband of 44 years Herb Switzer, two daughters; Connie Switzer ov Kings Mountain, NC, and Terry Lane of Shelby. In addition she is survived by a number of treasured friends.
