Alfred Black

Mr. Black, 91, of 3416 Griffin Rd., Mooresboro, NC passed away Friday at his home. Mr. Black was retired from J. P. Stevens Co. where he was a weaver. He was also a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
Mr. Black is preceeded in death by his parents; E. H. Black & Mary Magnalene Lazenby Black, his wife Hazeline Brewer Black, sisters Dot Schrum, Edith Hovis & Lottie Cloninger and a granddaughter Christy Bivins.
Surviving Mr. Black are his daughter and her husband Phyllis Bivins & Steve of Mooresboro, NC, a sister Martha Morris of Mt. Holly, NC, a brother and wife John Black & Ruby of Mooresboro, NC, granddaughter Denise McKee 7 husband Richard of Mooresboro and a great grandson Brian McGill of Mooresboro.
